Ontario College of Art & Design's campus is comprised of eight buildings located in the Queen/McCaul/Dundas Streets area.

These include:
1. Main Building, 100 McCaul Street
The main building at 100 McCaul Street contains the Great Hall, OCAD's central gathering and orientation space, as well as mixed use space including lecture theatres, exhibition space, and e-classrooms and studios primarily for programs in the Faculty of Art and Faculty of Liberal Studies. The administrative office of the Faculty of Art is located in Room 401, Level 4. Administrative offices for the Faculty of Liberal Studies are located in Room 315, Level 3.
2. Sharp Centre for Design, 100 McCaul Street
OCAD's award-winning new facility is accessed through the 100 McCaul Street main building. It houses classrooms and studios primarily for the Faculty of Design, with some mixed-use space. The administrative offices of the Faculty of Design are located in Room 500, Level 5.
3. Annex Building, 113 McCaul Street
Located directly across from the main building at 113 McCaul Street, this facility is accessed through the Village by the Grange commercial complex. This space houses the Dorothy H. Hoover Library, studios and classrooms for the First-Year program and Liberal Studies, the Writing & Learning Centre, the Centre for Students with Disabilities, and the new Centre for Advising, First-Year & Campus Life.
4. Rosalie Sharp Pavilion, 115 McCaul Street
The majority of OCAD's administrative operations are located at 115 McCaul Street, including the President, Vice-President Academic, Vice-President Administration, Communications, Development & Alumni Services, Human Resources, the Scotiabank Student Services Centre, Admissions & Recruitment, Finance and Plant Services.
5. OCAD Student Gallery, 285 Dundas Street West
With a continuous rotation of student exhibitions, OCAD's Student Gallery is located just around the corner at 285 Dundas St. West.
6. Aboveground Art Supplies, 74 McCaul Street
The current tenant of OCAD's oldest campus building at 74 McCaul Street is located just south of the main building.
7. Butterfield Park
OCAD's new outdoor area, underneath the Sharp Centre for Design, provides informal meeting space for the OCAD community and general public. In the near future, walkways will lead directly to Grange Park.
8. Student Centre, 51 McCaul Street
OCAD's first-ever student centre at 51 McCaul Street was designed by award-winning Baird Samspon Neuert Architects of Toronto, and houses a working streetcar loop. It is home to four administrative departments: Financial Aid & Awards, Advising & Campus Life, the Health & Wellness Centre and the Centre for Students with Disabilities, as well as the Student Union.
9. Drawing & Painting Thesis space, 49 McCaul Street
The neighbouring property at 49 McCaul Street is currently used by fourth-year Thesis students in Drawing & Painting. It also provides meeting space for Criticism & Curatorial Practice students.
10. New Aquisition, 205 Richmond Street West (at Duncan)
In September 2007, OCAD acquired a new building at 205 Richmond Street West. Historically known as the “New Textile Building”, this seven-storey office structure is approximately 70,000 sq ft in size. While planning is currently underway for the partially tenanted building, it represents much-needed space for research and administrative offices, offices for graduate students and faculty, and meeting/seminar space.
The $42.5 Million Expansion
In September 2004, the Ontario College of Art & Design officially opened its $42.5 million campus redevelopment project, which features the Sharp Centre for Design, designed by acclaimed British Architect Will Alsop, of Alsop Architects, in a joint venture with Toronto-based Robbie/Young +Wright Architects Inc.. The campus redevelopment also included renovation of the university's existing buildings at 100, 113, and 115 McCaul Street, as well as the new Student Gallery at 285 Dundas St. West, and a recently acquired property at 49/51 McCaul Street.
