MISCELLANEOUS FEES

The following miscellaneous fees are for specific services and are non-refundable:

Additional Fee for Non-Secondary Application - $50
Admission/Confirmation Deposit - $500
Application Fee for Advanced Visual Studies Certificate in Florence - $50
Application Fee for Degree Program (Alumni) - $245
Confirmation of Enrolment, form or letter - $10 (effective June 1 2009 for current enrolment)
Confirmation of Graduation - $10 (effective June 1 2009 for current students)

Courier Service for Transcripts/Diplomas:

Course Audit - 50% Tuition Fee (current rates)
Course Challenge - $100 Assessment Fee + 50% Tuition Fee (current rates)
Deferment of Examination Fee - $70
Diploma or Award Certificate Replacement - $50 (effective June 1 2009)
Duplicate Tax Receipts - $8 (effective June 1 2009)
Fax charges (per outgoing fax) - $5
Florence Administration Fee - $100 (effective June 1 2009)
Florence Off-Campus Venue Fee - $700
Grade Appeal - $50
Graduation Administration Fee - $50
Late Course Change by Petition:

Late Payment Fee - $50 (effective 2009 Summer Semester)
Late Registration Fee - $70 (effective 2009 Summer Semester)
Letter of Permission - $50/course
Locker - $15
Mobility Exchange Fee - $100
NSF Cheque/Declined Credit Card Fee - $30
Official Transcript, each copy - $10 (effective June 1 2009)
Official Transcript, 24 hour express service (post 1990 only) - $20 (effective June 1 2009)
Ontario Universities Application Centre Fee - $105
Orientation Fee - $10
Petition Fee (excluding late course changes) - $50
Photocopies (course descriptions, Calendar pages, etc.) - $1/page
Portfolio/Audition Fees - $30
Postgraduate Certificate Program Application Fee - $60
Reinstatement Application Fee - $200
Replacement Photo Identification Cards - $20
Special Student Application Fee - $60 (effective Summer 2009 admission)
Student Loan Deferment & Service Fee - $60
Transfer of Credit Fee - $25
Transfer to Degree Program (current students) - $100
Tuition Installment Fee - $50

Note: All miscellaneous fees are non-refundable.

 *Students admitted to the University prior to 1996 who are following an older credit system may request that their requirements for graduation be reassessed according to current program requirements. Students in good academic standing who have already completed the minimum requirements for graduation will be required to complete no less than an additional half credit or pay a graduation reassessment fee.
