TAX CERTIFICATES AND OTHER FINANCE INFORMATION
T2202A
The 2004 - 2009 T2202A (Tuition, Education and Textbook Amounts Certificate) are now available through My Records.
Students can access a PDF download through their student access menu by choosing a tax year, launching the PDF and printing the form.
Requests for a T2202A prior to 2004 may be made in person at the Cashier’s office or by phone to the Student Accounts Clerk at 416-977-6000, Ext. 317.
Please note that T2202A Certificates will no longer be mailed to students.

T4A
T4A Certificates for Bursary and Scholarship Income are available for pick up at the Cashier’s office during the third week in February. Any unclaimed T4A’s are mailed to the student’s current address by February 28.
